Fast prototype & High mix - Low volume

At our specialist prototyping departments, we have state-of-the-art production lines which allow us to create high mix - low volume and fast prototype lines. In this way we are able to supply specific prototypes, ranging from project validations to small series production, passing through product qualifications. At the same time we are able to dynamically diversify traceability and documentation within the same project, according to the individual needs of specific supplies.

Technical and purchasing offices

We have a technical office and a purchasing office dedicated to prototyping. The technical office is the interface between the customer and the department dealing with the creation of the production data package, the analysis of the bill of materials, the definition of purchase Mpn (obsolescence check, material availability check and alternative proposals) and the analysis Dfm and Dfa.

The purchasing department, on the other hand, is specialised in fast procurement: the staff will provide procurement of the material provided for in the bill of materials, thanks to solid relationships with parent companies, distribution channels and qualified brokers.
