PCB design

Starting from the wiring diagram and specification, we build ad hoc teams for each individual project: PCB designers, Cad library experts, mechatronic designers and experts in thermal simulation and signal and power integrity plan and manage the entire process, contributing to the achievement of a single goal: customer satisfaction.

Power, RF, digital, analogue, high speed cards are part of our know-how. Characteristics of materials, Hdi or power interconnections, rigid boards, rigid-flex or flex are our strengths.
We anticipate all the problems related to the construction of circuits and assembly with DFM and DFA analyses, working to translate all the needs of the project into rules to be included in the constraint management systems (manual, semi-automatic and automatic).

Mechatronic design

We take care of the design, 3D modeling and validation of the mechanical parts of electronic devices, from the individual
component to the complete system. We also deal with the design of cooling systems, with
validation at Pcb, subsystem or complete system level through CFD simulations.

Virtual prototype validation

We see virtual prototyping as an integrated cycle so to minimise development steps and costs, allowing our customers to arrive first on the market with high-performing products.
Our team of engineers takes care of the design sign-off using numerical simulation, testing the functionality of high speed signal lines, correct distribution of the power supplies, coupling levels between the signals and system cooling in a virtual laboratory.
We work with oscilloscopes and VNAs with no bandwidth or number of channels limits, monitoring the parameters even in points that are not accessible for traditional laboratory instrumentation and guaranteeing a complete and detailed verification of the virtual prototypes in the minimum, typical and maximum conditions, so as to properly test the project.
